1. Introduction

RinggitTracker ("the App") is a personal finance management application developed by Tulus Keringat Enterprise ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we access, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

2. What Data We Access

When you sign in with your Google account, we access the following:

Google account email & name	Identify you and display your name in the app
Google Drive — files created by this app only	Create and manage your personal finance spreadsheet and supporting folders

We use the drive.file scope, which means the App can only access files it creates in your Google Drive. We cannot see, read, or modify any of your other Google Drive files.

3. What Files Are Created in Your Drive

On your first sign-in, the App creates the following in your Google Drive:

• RinggitTracker/ — a folder containing all your finance data
• FinanceData — a Google Sheets spreadsheet used as your personal database (income, spending, assets, debt, settings, etc.)
• IncomeFiles/ — folder for income-related documents (receipts, payslips)
• Finance Reports/ — folder for generated reports
• Documents/ — folder for uploaded financial documents

All these files are owned by you and stored in your Google Drive. We do not have access to these files outside of your active session.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your financial data is stored entirely in your own Google Drive. We do not store, copy, or replicate your financial records on our servers.

The only data we process server-side is:

• Your email address — checked against our purchase records to verify you are a registered, paid user
• This verification happens once per sign-in and no financial data is transmitted to our servers

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store your financial records (income, spending, assets, debts)
• We do not collect your Google password
• We do not access your existing Google Drive files
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not use analytics or tracking services

6. How to Delete Your Data

Since all your data lives in your own Google Drive, you have full control:

• Delete all data: Open Google Drive, find the RinggitTracker folder, right-click → "Move to trash". This removes all your finance data permanently.
• Revoke app access: Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps, find RinggitTracker, and click "Remove Access".
• Delete specific records: Use the App's built-in delete buttons on any page, or edit the FinanceData spreadsheet directly in Google Sheets.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication) — for user authentication
• Google Drive API & Google Sheets API — to create and manage your finance spreadsheet
• Firebase Hosting — to serve the App's web pages
• Firebase Cloud Functions — to verify your purchase status

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Security

• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Authentication is handled by Google's OAuth 2.0 infrastructure
• Your data never passes through our servers — it goes directly between your browser and Google's APIs
• Access tokens are stored in memory only and expire after 1 hour

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
